PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

STANDARD 1-YEAR WARRANTY

Included in every new system installed by Rose Security Services is a standard 1-year warranty on all parts and workmanship. With every new system we aim to leave you with the training you need to be comfortable using your new system. If any additional training or consultation is required, we will be happy to assist you.

Vandalism, blatant misuse or acts of God will not be covered under the 1-Year Warranty.
Emergency after hours calls in the first year will be billed at Emergency Rates at a 2-hour minimum.

What happens after the first year has ended?
After the warranty has expired if you have not decided to take advantage of our ROSE CARE or PREMIUM 365 programs, service calls will be invoiced on a time and materials (T&M) basis. Don’t worry, you will still receive the same high quality and dependable service our customers have grown to expect from Rose Security without being penalized for opting out of our Preventative Maintenance Agreements.

If requested, any service calls, maintenance visits, inspections etc. will be invoiced based on our Commercial Service rates and will be attended to as promptly as possible between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Preventative Maintenance Agreement

In order for us to better protect your investment, we present you with ROSE CARE. Included in this agreement is the peace of mind you look for when purchasing your new security system. You can be confident that your system will be maintained and functioning to your satisfaction with our professional Rose Security technicians taking care of your system.

Over the term of your agreement enjoy peace of mind!
Customers who choose ROSE CARE receive priority service response at our standard rates. Each year we will inspect and verify your systems. You will receive a report on the health of your system and any recommendations for replacements or upgrades.
